Abraham Wrobeh, 24, of Alexandria, was behind the wheel in Fairfax County shortly before 5 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 3, when his SUV lost its grip on I-495, according to Virginia State Police. The 2025 Toyota RAV4 hydroplaned near mile marker 170 before Wrobeh crashed into a traffic attenuator, investigators said.
